How much does a remote hire cost?

The monthly salary you agree with your hire plus a staffing fee: 60% of the salary up to $1,500, 50% up to $2,500, 40% up to $3,500, 35% up to $4,500 and 30% above that. Recruitment is included.

Which countries do you hire in?

Mostly the Philippines and Latin America (Colombia, Argentina and Brazil), plus Eastern Europe. Contracts run through Deel, so you need no local entity.

How fast can you fill a role?

Most roles are filled in 2 to 3 weeks, starting with a shortlist of 3 to 5 screened candidates.
