What currencies do you support for international payments?

You are invoiced in your preferred currency, typically USD.
Do you mark up employee salaries?
No. We never mark up employee salaries. Every invoice clearly separates the base salary from our management fee so you can see exactly what your employee earns. When an employee receives a merit increase, the full raise amount goes directly to them. Our management fee is a separate, transparent line item, and it decreases with volume discounts as you hire more team members through us.
How do you handle employee raises and salary adjustments?
When you approve a salary increase, we handle the entire process. We create a contract amendment in Deel, update the payroll schedule, and adjust your invoicing. The employee sees the raise reflected in their next pay cycle. Our performance management team can also recommend merit increases based on semiannual review outcomes, though the final approval always stays with you.
